In the TextPipe window, select the Filters to apply tab
Select the File Output or Clipboard ouput filter at the end of the filter list. The right side of the screen changes to display the options for the ouput filter
Ensure that the Single file Output radio button is selected
Choose the file where the joined output will be sent.
